Terms of Use

You agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy when you visit this website, place an order and input personal information through this website.

Orders

We will dispatch your goods to you as soon as possible after you have placed an order.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship. In the event of unforeseen delays that might extend this timeframe we will notify you of the expected postal date. 

Once full payment, including delivery charges, has been received and your order has been posted ownership of the items and any risks in the chosen method of delivery passes to you.

We will pack your goods carefully to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

We reserve the right to cancel any order but, if we do, we will refund money you have paid.

Import Duty

If you order artwork for delivery outside the EU it may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for payment of any such additional costs.

Payment

We accept payment by Paypal or other credit/debit card method available on our website. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express major creditcard or via paypal secured (method of securing payment). If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer we can provide you with details to enable you to do this. However, we will only be able to send the artwork once payment has cleared.

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return a print you must contact us within seven working days of receiving the artwork and return it within 30 days of its original receipt. Please e-mail contact@agathevenaig.com noting the order number and date of purchase . Please return the artwork by insured registered post undamaged in its original packaging. Once the print has been received in its original condition a refund will be made via the original payment method as soon as possible and in any case within 10 working days of the date we confirmed by e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damage

In the unfortunate event that your artwork has been damaged in the post please photograph it within 3 days of its receipt before carefully packaging and returning it to us. Once received and inspected we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Non Delivery

Claims of non-delivery must be made within 28 days of the order

Intellectual Property Rights

Agathe Venaïg owns all rights to all work presented on this website. The artwork must not be used or adapted in any way that might violate those rights of copyright without our written permission. Any infringement of our copyright will be prosecuted.

Agathe Venaïg retains the right to produce prints from original artwork even after it’s been sold.
